Centre Européen d’Etudes de Sécurité et d’Analyse des Risques (CEESAR)

Created 25 years ago to improve road safety, CEESAR is a research laboratory employing 30 persons in accident research, impact biomechanics, and driver behaviour studies. CEESAR activities are under control of an independent scientific council, with rigorous ethical standards, allowing special authorizations for sensitive activities recognized as public interest. Association members are car manufacturers, technology suppliers, insurance companies, academic universities and personalities in line with CEESAR’s vocation to improve road safety.
